Booking and Payment

Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is due at the time of booking, and additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, optional extras, and fuel usage.

Driver Requirements

Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet the same age and license requirements.

Insurance

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Optional insurance upgrades are available for comprehensive coverage, and renters are responsible for any damages or liabilities not covered by insurance.

Vehicle Usage

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations. It should not be driven off-road, used for racing, or operated by unauthorized drivers.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level. A refueling fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are subject to the company's discretion and terms.

Damage and Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover potential damages or violations. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, minus any applicable charges.

Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional charges. It is the renter's responsibility to inform the company of any changes to the rental period.

Excess Mileage

Mileage limits may apply, and excess mileage charges will be levied for distances beyond the agreed-upon limit.

Additional Services

Optional extras such as GPS navigation, child seats, and chauffeur services are available for an additional fee.
